Too faint and the scan seems a bit blurry or low res for my eyes.

Yes, it's fine.  Here is mine that is inscribed and signed to Walda Winchell the young daughter of powerful gossip columnist and commentator Walter Winchell.

btw, if you're considering this, I'd definitely try to get a better scan of the ink.  It actually looks like it may be a bit faded but, as Eric mentions, it's also a low res quality scan here we're looking at.

There's also old cello over a letter or two and other old tape remnants on the border. 

Guess it depends on what you can live with.

Good observation about the cello tape, which I missed.

It's a shame the inscription and signature are faded because it is a great youthful portrait of Power. 

I'm going to pass on it.
