I don't think it is real. My opinion is based on comparing it to about 10 exemplars. I'm not highly experienced in most vintage Hollywood.

Experienced or not in vintage Hollywood, Steve, I still take your word because you have a "good eye."

I'd say it is a pretty decent secretarial. The photos that are just signed "Cordially" need to be treated with caution, particularly lower quality 5" x 7" ones. Here's a 10" x 8" of mine. I'm pretty sure mine is OK, especially as it is very high quality double-weight photograph with a Warmer Brothers/Elmer Fryer back-stamp.
