This is interesting. I see Beckett and PressPass think it's good.
The signature looks in a style of one that RR sold as real that may have been signed for her by a secretary:

Her real life nickname of "Connie" (for Constance) is included after her stage name which seems to imply familiarity with the recipient.
Inscription and signature does match up almost perfectly with an album page RR sold:

The "L" in her surname especially kind of throws me in that cramped space.
Possibly good, I'm thinking.....but I'm not 100%.
Maybe others will be more decisive!
I had my doubts; thinking it was probably secretarial to a familiar individual. I don't know at what stage of her life she may have signed this, because in her later years she was a wreck.
I guess if a person liked it but didn't have an extra $3500 for it, one could settle for this 'bargain' at $19 :
