Your opinion on authenticity of Muhammad Ali signed photo with The Beatles

I believe that this image is seen quite a bit, but I was wondering what any of you out there might think of the Ali signature.  I apologize if there is glare from the glass and the signature is a bit hard to read.  Thanks for your opinion. Thank you

Hard to tell on authenticity although I have doubts. I've seen many of these photos with the Beatles that were forged. Most signed with a blue/black sharpie. MANY!!!

I appreciate your feedback.  I can imagine how many fakes are out there.  I don't know his signature all that well, but I did notice that it seems like sometimes he uses a longer signature and others shorter.  Is that an age thing, speed thing, or a way to tell it may be forged?

Personally, I would not want this particular signature. Just is not a good example even if would happen to be authentic. With that said, I'm sure there are people here that would know Ali's signature far better than myself. Hopefully, they will chime in.

The signature was definitely longer when he was in better health.   Got drastically shorter when the health problems began.

I have 5 in person Ali signatures, 4 on photo's and none are like this.  His signature got smaller and harder to read when it got shaky.  This dos not resemble that period.  I have seen this photo signed in blue and black also, never gold.  I would avoid it.

This is an Ali that can be tough for most of us, like me, but someone who studies him would know in seconds. That said, I would be surprised if that was not signed by Ali.

It seems that there certainly are some differences of opinion on this.  I was wondering if the period this type of ink, metallic, was used, would have been later in Ali's life and his signature would have been more shaky already.

His signature was much shakier than that later in life. Yours isn't shaky at all to me.

Most of Ali's signatures I've seen on photos were from paid signings and the ink contrasted suitably with the area under it. If yours is real, like I think it is, maybe it was signed when he did a show.

It's definitely not one I'd buy, even if I'm right and it's real. I thought you owned it already.

I trust your opinion highly, so it's something I'll probably pass on.
