Can someone please give me there opinions on these ebay accounts. Hopefully I will get a response.

Upon doing ebay searches for autographs to add to my collection I am very upset when I search and find item after item that are gai and what do you know a lot of these sellers have a ton of quantity. Can someone check these account out and let me know what they think.

Turns out we flagged that post, which hides it until further notice.

was looking for something else and came across this post about dirty_water_ink
this didn't appear to be answered or addressed and I presume it's not Rudy Pulanski or Roy Manzo

Liam, have you ever asked Ebay seller dirty_water_ink how he has acquired literally thousands of in-person autographs, including dozens and dozens of Derek Jeter autographs on bats, baseballs, jerseys and photographs?  Whenever they list and sell any autograph, they list another of the same right behind it.

Below is a link to their Recently Completed Auctions:

Looks to me (from over 18 months of observation) like they have an infinite inventory of autographs from hundreds of athletes.  In the past I can't count the number of Cam Newton, Pat Sullivan and Bo Jackson autographed helmets and footballs they have sold.

Sellers use GAI in their title descriptions because buyers are familiar with the acronym GAIGAI is not on Ebay's prequalified authenticator list, but Global Authentics (GA) is, but since everyone is so familiar with the acronym GAI that is what they use in their title descriptions.  I believe GAI went out of business two years ago.

My opinion of Global Authentics is reflected in my Global Authentics Derek Jeter blog here on AML.

They recently sold two Aaron Rodgers signed items.

Below is a link to their present Aaron Rodgers autograph listings.  From what I can recall, they (dirty_water_ink) have never had less than ten (10) Aaron Rodgers autograph auctions listed at any given time over the past 18 months.   Does Ebay seller dirty_water_ink have a autograph contract with Aaron Rodgers?  How many Aaron Rodgers autographs have they sold over the past 18-24 months?  All of their autographs are authenticated by Global Authentics.

I have to say that even though this individual may be out to attack GA, i cant disagree with what he had to say, except for all the name calling and remarks about intelligence. I looked at some of the items from this individual and their are only 2 real names on their im familiar with and both did not look authentic to me. It certainly will result in me overlooking some good items in the future certed by GA, but when i see the brand GA/GAI i honestly dont even look at it because of what i have seen and heard. I also dont look at anything with ACE or PAAS for the same reasons. It just isnt worth the gamble to me, even if the autograph is good and i feel confident of it. I know that will make me miss out in certain instances, but i just see way way to many mistakes on a regular basis. But even taking all that in stride these two sellers seem to be extremely suspect at best, and certain autographs im sure are bad.

Look at ebay seller morestuffsold, he has 6000+ feedback and is selling several fake items, possibly more. Check out these 2012 San Francisco Giants Team items he is attempting to sell and has sold, it is pathetic he is allowed to get away with this. I am going to report him, gonna need some help getting these items removed asap!

ebay item# 300808010180 (has 3 Days left with one bid for $450)

ebay item# 300807804274  (currently listed)

ebay item# 300807807849 (this item sold for $600)

The seller has two (2) of those Lakers signed floorboards available.  Amazing.

Well as they say Ebay in general has the highest rate of fake autographs , I've bought at least five different autographs and none of them met my satisfaction in authenticity . Honeslty , don't even both with ebay unless you feel the need to . But you';; most likely run into mostly fakes (at one point around 90% I think , of all autograph on ebay were generalized as fakes)
