FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR T.T.M. OR S.A.S.E. BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHS YOU HAVE RECEIVED PAST OR PERESENT

Hello Fans...I figured I would throw this out there for strictly baseball collectors who seek to get autographs through the mail the old fashion way...directly from the player...I have received probably over 100 autos but stopped maybe 4 or 5 years ago when I lost my contact list...but recently started it up again and since then received a few autos through the mail since the end of July...it is now currently (August 2011) so now I am hooked once again...please feel free to add pictures and comments about the autographs you received from BASEBALL PLAYERS with a simple envelope and stamp and not something you have received through the mail from a winning auction...

Feel free to include autos you got for free and also Players that sent back a request for money as that also happens from time to time or even if they wrote you back which is also an added bonus and a rare treat...

LET ME KNOW...

HAPPY COLLECTING !!!!

Never meet Murphy IP, but he and Garvey are fast TTM's. Been waiting on Tarabull for a couple months.

Tartabull must be one of those players who waits then signs all his mail in one day. 3 month wait, but well worth it!

I agree.  Tartabull took 1 month & 5 days.  Garvey took 21 days & Murphy took a month and a half.

i agree i loved watching tartabull when i was a kid...I am gonna have to send out to him.

Killer success yesterday from Ralph Kiner & Ryne Sandberg.

nice how long did Sandberg and Kiner take to return to ya?

Without exact dates in front of me I am guessing roughly 2 months for the Ryno, and 1 month for the Kiner - give or take a couple of weeks.

Got an awesome auto from Curtis Granderson.  When he played for the Tigers he was my favorite and I still cheer him on even though he plays for the Yanks.  LOL.

Today I received a Joe Morgan signed IC TTM.  I could use some opinions as to the authenticity of it.  Personally I do not think it is his but I do not know.  Thanks.

Depends which Joe Morgan you were expecting... That's not Joe Morgan from the Reds. It's the other one.

I saw a youtube video about some TTM's and this guy sent out a jersey card for Joe Morgan of the Reds to sign and his card got sent back signed but also had what you got sent in it and he was sort of perplexed about it because of it being on a weird card stock and not looking like any other joe morgan he has gotten before...I think he concluded it was a secretarial sig.

There was a Discussion about these Joe Morgan signatures at Net54 recently. Some felt it was a new signature style... Others thought secretary. Seems undetermined at this point.
