Anyone know if Tom Watson's TTM returns are autopen or authentic?

Hi BC - regarding Tom Watson and TTM items - I have, over the years, seen this as a "mixed bag". I would have to say that about 80% of what I have seen has been auto-pen or secretarial BUT the remaining 20% have been quite legit. Thanks for responding David. I didn't send anything to Tom, but I was thinking about sending an 8x10 to add to my collection.

Hi again BC, it is certainly worth giving it a try and if you make it quite clear in your letter that this is for your personal collection and not for sale that would also help. As and when you get a response do post and I'll respond with some legit exemplars of Tom's signature for you to compare. All the very best, David.

David, I was able to get Tom on 2 flags at the Memorial Tournament, so I do have examples of his signature. One of them is really nice. He was randomly at the Memorial, so I didn't have an 8x10 of him with me.
