Did you have to buy the Bob Crippen and Jim Dutton or did you email them or write to them. Can you please let me know how to contact them. Thanks.

Friday brought me the autograph of Bob Crippen, pilot of NASA's STS-1, the very frist space shuttle flight. He went on to fly 3 other shuttle missions, and is in the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame.

Today's mail brought me the autograph of the pilot for the Space Shuttle Discovery on NASA's STS-131 mission, Jim Dutton. Jim flew this very important mission to the International Space Station that carried vital equipment for the success of future space missions, which is still standard equipment used today.

Got a nice 8x10 from Capt. Chris Cassidy this week. Chris was a mission specialist for NASA space shuttle mission STS-127 and Expedition 35/36 of the International Space Station. He performed 6 different space walks during these 2 missions, one of which was an emergency space walk to fix an amonia leak that occured during Expedition 35.

Ryan, check your messages! Just sent you a reply about Capt. Gordon. Got another former astronaut in the mail today, mission specialist Jose Hernandez of Space Shuttle Discovery STS-128 mission. He helped with experiments and the removal and replacement of several key components of the International Space Station.

Jeffery, how did you get Capt. Gordon's autograph? Did you have to send a donation?

Today's mail brought me the autograph of Gemini 11 and Apollo 12 pilot, Capt. Richard F. Gordon, Jr. Capt. Gordon is one of only 12 people to ever fly to the moon, and is a member of the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame. So honored to have him as part of my collection.

Received a hand written letter from one of the greatest inventors of all-time, Dr. Leonard Flom. Dr. Flom invented the iris recognition scanner, which is the scanner that high security places use to scan one's eye for the purpose of identifying them and allowing access to a secure area. Truly a remarkable man.

1968 Medal of Honor recipient James E. Livingston sent me an autographed card of his Medal of Honor citation after a mutual friend of ours hooked us up together via e-mail. I use to read about Mr. Livingston as a kid growing up about 30 miles from his hometown. Has always been a dream of mine to connect with him and tell him how much I respect him and revere him. And to have his autograph....priceless.

This week, I was so blessed to have gotten the autographs of 2 American heros in the mail: 6th man on the moon, Edgar Mitchell, and 10th man on the moon, Charlie Duke.
