George Washington signature on discharge paper

I have an ancestors discharge from the revolutionary war signed by George Washington in 1783. I know it's the real deal as it has been handed down through my family. I'm curious what it is worth, and of course I need documentation of it's authenticity. I started by taking it to Pawn Stars, that was a mistake. None of the Harrison family was there and the guy who glanced at it asked "Have you had it certified?" I said no, it's the real thing, he said in a raised voice, pointing at a web address you have to get it certified by PSADNA.com before we will look at it. I replied "What about the signature authenticationguy you use." Then he starts almost screaming at me " and pay $1200, that's it your done, end of conversation." Not only was this guy rude, he was an idiot. Checking out PSADNA, they want you to mail them the document! So then I figure my only option is this guy Drew Max, pay the $ and have documentation. On checking his reputation I find there is a question of his credibility, so now what? I have seen  this document (different person) on Antiques Road Show , the night Obama was elected, but that clip was recorded in 1996.

Depending on condition and if the badge of merit is retained between $7000 to $15000. If the document is superb, it would've on upper end. If it is worn and signature is on the weak side then closer to $7000. A picture would be helpful.

If you would post a nice scan I will offer my opinion here gratis. both PSA and JSA would show it to me. I would not issue a certificate but think that a printout of what I write would add value.
