Yesterday I got to meet former pitcher, Tommy John, at Norco (Ca.) opening day of their Little League. What an amazing man. He stayed at the ball park for 4 hours signing autographs and telling years of baseball stories. He said he currently lives in the Dallas area. Does anyone have a current mailing address for him? Today, I received an autographed 1974 Topps baseball card of former Giants, Cardinals, Cubs, Phillies, and Red Sox catcher, Dave Rader. He was runner-up for the 1972 National League Rookie of the Year award, and during his career, hit homeruns off three different Hall of Fame pitchers: Ferguson Jenkins, Tom Seaver, and Phil Niekro.

Today I received an autographed 1955 Topps baseball card of former Orioles, Giants, Braves, and Pirates pitcher Billy O'Dell. He was a 2-time American League All-Star in 1958 and 1959, and helped lead the Giants to the 1962 National League pennant by winning 19 games that year.

After 20 days of no surprises, I got a nice one today. Got an autograph of Dave Green, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker/punter. Dave is most noted for scoring the first ever points in Tampa Bay Buccaneers history, and for being the uncle of one of my co-workers!

Just got my 2009 Alabama Crimson Tide team signed football back from PSA/DNA and I am very happy. It has a total of between 45-50 signatures including all of the key players such as Mark Ingram, Javier Arenas, Mount Cody and Nick Saban.
