Rhonda I doubt there is anything to be done until someone buys something and has a problem with it.  Ebay is correct that it is up to the seller to show the cards or not.  As a buyer it is up to me to walk away from a seller that refuses simple requests.  Often Ebay sellers have less than descriptive descriptions.  Sometimes I take a gamble but more often than not I walk away.

Thanks Jeffery, I'm pretty sure they are too.

From the Braves autographs they have, they appear legit to me, Rhonda. Let me dig a little bit further, and I'll get back with you.

Has anybody dealt with Icon Sports Marketing on Ebay ?

Excellent ! It's the same kind of souvenir ball, but not the exact one that jerk was selling.

Rhonda, I just looked, and did not see this person or the ball for sale. DID see a ball matching this description for sale by a mewayne for $14.99. Is it the same ball? If so, looks like your report did it's job.

blue_eyes93 Ebay Fraudulent Seller

This seller is trying to pass off a souvenir baseball with stamped on signatures as an authentic 1995 Atlanta Braves team signed baseball with a starting bid of $1,000.00. I reported them along with somebody else for another item but the seller and this baseball are still on Ebay.

No problem, Rhonda. I don't do a whole lot of ebay shopping, but I will post when I happen across something bogus. Thanks for the acceptance!

Sorry Jefferey, I thought I had set it to where I didn't have to approve new members and anybody could join in. This is the first time I've done this so please bear with me. I hope everybody will continue to update the list with all Ebay sellers no matter what they're selling.

I do a lot of Ebay buying and the fakes are maddening to weed out. Everybody's input would be greatly appreciated ! I will be adding names as I encounter them. I know there are other groups addressing this, but I just thought it would be nice to have all of them listed in one place to make it easier.
