In my opinion this WW signature is genuine.
RR auctions are pretty reliable as such. WW signature did vary particularly after he suffered his illness while still serving as president. "

"I'm don't study McKinley but I checked about 20 McKinley exemplars and yours looks A-OK to me. When you get it you'll want to make sure it's originally signed but I'd be surprised if it wasn't. It looks right."
