bon jovi early 90's signature

hi there just wanted to ask what any of you thought about this jon bon jovi signature, its on a big poster

 

i bought this a year or to and the seller said it was signed in ( I believe 1994) in South Africa at some benifit concert

 

it is signed by the band and looks like Tico added some  personalization
