Here's another forged Derek Jeter "1994 Signature Rookies" card that recently sold on Ebay.

These forged Derek Jeter "Signature Rookies" cards have been a consistent seller on Ebay the last five years

Here's the problem.  

80% of the people who buy autographs have zero knowledge of autographs and that's why forgeries are a huge business on Ebay.

Also, with Ebay heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, it is actually easier to sell forgeries than authentic autographs.

These "Signature Rookies" forgeries are a very easily sell because people don't buy the autograph; they buy the hologram and the "Signature Rookies" card.

Here's that forged Derek Jeter "1994 Signature Rookies" card sold by Ebay seller Rknobloch7 for $197.50.

The one of the left is the forged one and the one on the right is an authentic version.

Note on the forged one, the idiot forger was unable to enunciate some of the letters in "Derek Jeter."

This occurred because the dopey forger was attempting to maintain the speed of the signature, but at the expense of being unable to enunciate some of the letters.
