I was just pulling thru some information on one of the blogs and came across this.
Felt it should be deserving of it's own blog. Any Updates?

every interaction with the Klown Posse is analagous to going on an Arkadoodle adventure and discovering the latest evolved renditions of Flub-a-Dubs.
"Ripoff report" is or how it works, anyone can use an alias name and address and say anything they want to about someone no matter how false it is. There is no way to remove it unless you pay a fee to a company to remove it. I was quoted $500 per month for life!
This sounds like it's flirting with extortion. If the information is demonstrably false, they should take it down for free.
Maybe someone needs to look into Ripoff Report...
I'm happy for you and PROUD of you Roger.
Your case gives serious precedent for those of us who are in similar situations with these people. That we continue to show their connections to each other is a further benefit to us too. It is funny to see how they are turning on each other now. It didn't take long before one of their party contacted me. This person practically begged me to not take action against him and then proceeded to throw members of the their group under the bus.
I'm happy that you didn't back down. NONE of us should! Your battle will go a looong way in helping the rest of us show how their actions ( which have crossed into criminal territory ) should be met with legal punishment.
There is also precedent ( a topix case in Texas ) where the court ordered the website to provide the personal information of it's anonymous posters. Once the information was retrieved, the former anonymous people were sued to oblivion. The same rules will apply with Ripoffreport.com and other similar sites ( you know, where a few people hide behind usernames and say whatever they want without caution or proof ).
