Sonny Liston 'signed' ring bell on Pawn Stars

Did anyone catch the last episode of Pawn Stars?  The show featured a boxing ring bell signed by Sonny Liston.  The signature looked OK to me but Drew Max and his big magnifying glass deemed it a fake.  Did anyone see the episode and thoughts?

As a boxing fan, and fan of Pawn Stars (even though the show is fake), I would've loved to have seen this episode.

Liston autographs are extremely rare.

i seen it also,as well as every episode they have autographs on.This guy drew dont even have examples with him,and also when he looked at that horrible forged jimi hendrix letter, even someone who never seen jimis handwriting could have told in seconds that was garbage. The sonny liston could have been real..it would have to be compared to his later signaature styles.

I can't comment on the authenticity of the autograph, but it was in pretty crummy shape. Even if it was real, it had major issues... it appeared to be a faded and weak signature on an old piece of wood (the frame to the bell).
