Todd Johnson replied to Charlie Day's discussion Jordan Spieth signed golf hat
"Not vouching for the hat in question nor know the seller, but his in-person sig comes in a variety of appearances (I haven't had a truely nasty one, my extra SI or one of the golf balls I had below was my worst.)  The hat in silver has a…"
Todd Johnson replied to Charlie Day's discussion Jordan Spieth signed golf hat
"I don't see a problem with that Spieth.  I have plenty of my own and some I've sold, and he signs enough at tournaments that one really doesn't have to fake him, you just never know what signature you're gonna get from him…"
Todd Johnson replied to Patricia's discussion Jerry Lewis - not secretarial?
"This was one I came across from a book find maybe 4 years ago"

Todd Johnson replied to Syreena Sexxton's discussion Real Or Fake - Is This Pretenders LP the Real Deal Or A Real Pretender?
"I believe the Chrissie to be real, possibly Martin but looks little diff, but the other 2 have been deceased so wouldn't know their sig, and these are probably older sigs if the other 2 are legit as well.  Only gotten Chrissie and Martin a…"

Todd Johnson replied to ABlackmore's discussion Alice Cooper
"Looks off for sure, not really that close to ones he signed on these 2 in person"

Todd Johnson replied to Nicky More's discussion Simpsons Matt Groening Or Not???
"I can't find one anywhere, but I bet it's autograph of the late co-developer of the Simpsons, Samuel Michael "Sam" Simon.  Passed a few years ago."

Todd Johnson replied to Jay Kempster's discussion I'd on this autograph
"What is the item it is signed on?  Doesn't look like Liza from looking up some."

Todd Johnson replied to Patrick1977's discussion Alice Cooper opinion
"Nevermind, I found it.  I don't think price is way off base considering there are so many of just that LP signed by him (not necess all real I'm sure) but competing with each other.  I'm sure they hoped it would climb in…"

Todd Johnson replied to Patrick1977's discussion Alice Cooper opinion
"Just obtained Alice on these 2 items on Aug 19th when he was heading to his show.  There's always a little variation in his signature, whether he's in a hurry or not.  The one of two my friend got on his LP was a more…"

About Me

What kind of member are you? Industry professionals must use their real names and identify themselves as such. (Check as many as apply.)
Collector, Fan, Professional In-Person Collector
What brings you to Autograph Live?
Saw lawsuit story, and saw the eBay seller list inquiry.
Who can we thank for telling you about Autograph Live?
The posts by Steve brought me here
What do you collect, or want to collect?
Sports, History/Politics, Books/Literature, Modern Hollywood and Stage, Classic Hollywood and Stage, Music, SciFi, Horror, Space/Aviation/Military
Tell us more about your collection, specific areas of interest, etc.:
I guess from those catagories, I collect a little of everything! I collect in-person myself, for my own collection and sell also mostly on eBay for almost 20 yrs. Rarely buy, if I can't get it myself, I don't need it in my collection. Occasionally hit an autograph show for an autograph guest or two. I have a variety to offer. I don't like the word professional with autograph collecting or selling.
What is your level of expertise?
Advanced Collector, Long Time Lover
What is your favorite autograph in your collection?
Seinfeld 16x20 of cast of 4 + Larry David, but signed only by Jerry very large. Will be framed one of these days! Anyone (and there's a LOT) in show Seinfeld is my mission to go get a photo or two signed by.
Why do you collect?
It's a fun hobby and the personal collection comes first! Whatever is not me for is available. Collecting past celebs is a way to relive moments or shows/movies you grew up watching. Celebs are more unique and fun that sports personalities.
You can ask anyone living or dead for their autograph. Who would it be?
Band RUSH, but terrible signers (non-signers really.) Maybe Charlton Heston again (have met few times) but love The Omega Man and found a laser disc after his passing. The video cassette is signed though!
