Does this Mantle look authentic to you?

Are you referring to the autograph? The autograph is printed, each card in the 1952 Topps set has the players facsimile autograph.
If your asking if the card itself is authentic, that's a different question. Even a very high resolution scan is often insufficient to make a determination if a vintage card is authentic. Paper stock, size and printing process need to be looked at. And that really requires hands on examination, with magnification, by somebody who really knows vintage cards.
All that being said, there are a massive amount of counterfeit 52 Mantles out there. The 52 Mantle is the most iconic trading card every produced, maybe a close second to the 1909 T206 Honus Wagner. If the card in your picture is authentic, it would be worth in the $200,000 to $400,000 range. Which means it's likely a counterfeit. If somebody is offering you a "deal" on the card, it's almost certainly counterfeit. The card is in very high demand and any dealer would pay top dollar on the spot if it's authentic.
I was referring to if you think the card itself is authentic. Thanks.
Here is a good guide to the 52 Mantle.
