Wish i could, but Queen is all I'm studied on and feel comfortable giving an opinion for. This is a great site, though- I'm sure someone will speak on your other items soon.

My thoughts as well, Eric. Brian (as talented as he is) is simply not worth much on his own signature-wise at this point in time. This item without the sticker is worth no more than $30 to the average Queen collector as Brian is a very generous signer. I don't know how much PSA charges for the sticker perk, but uh...yeah, it's probably not worth it for a signature of this quality. It's not considered an ideal Brian sig.
