Ken Mattingly signed postal cover

One more this evening.  I'm considering purchasing the attached signed Ken Mattingly Apollo 16 postal cover, but wanted some opinions on it before pulling the trigger.

Yup, I'm very familiar with Steve, having had him authenticate my Neil Armstrong signature and having purchased another astronaut signature from him.  Great guy.  I think I saw that he's a member of these forums.  Is that correct?
