Yes it's a similar hand, possibly not the same though - but I just realized an almost identical one to yours is on my blog just above that Antiques Roadshow one. Same photo too. The Antiques Roadshow one and the one below are the same hand, although still grouped under Type B as are so similar and the same period. Probably a different secretary though.
