It looks unusual and it's tough to find an authentic signature on iOffer. Have you confirmed that there's a signed limited edition of 25?

I cannot help. there is no one harder to authenticate than Bob Dylan (there might be signatures that are equally challenging, but Bob Dylan's signature is among the most difficult to authenticate). the closest one gets to a signature type is a broad range of variations and many signatures on legal or other official documents show significant variations. 

perhaps, a forensic examination, including examination under magnification, would yield helpful conclusions.
