Just got this Joan Crawford - it looks OK, and it's been checked out with JSA, but I'd still like another opinion if possible. Thanks.

That also appears to be a very good quality photograph from the scan. I guess it to be about 1952-1954. I hope for you that it is double weight paper. :)

Hah! 1953! I was close. You can search each year and there is the same photo as yours on the 1953 page.

The original owner dated it 1954 on the reverse of the photo

That's good. Well inside the range. My guess was made from the image, pen and signature. Nice item.
