Neil Young Autographed LP

Hi, This is an autographed album supposedly signed by Neil Young.  It comes from a good seller with excellent feedback but I just want to be positive before I buy anything.  Does anyone thing it's genuine?   Please feel free to comment.  Thank You.

I don't think it's good, I certainly wouldn't buy it. I checked his store on ebay and I don't really like some of his other items too.
