Is this Carpenters autograph real?

Hi,

Found this for a relatively low price on a UK website...my only concern is that it is not authentic. 

I've never seen Karen's signature with 'xx''s underneath, and I'm not sure about Richard's signature either...is it too good to be true?

Richards signature is not even close to how he signs . Karens is a mess also . Not to mention both of these have been signed by the same individual . Avoid like the plague.

Out of curiosity, what's the UK website? If this is a dealer, they should probably be called out.

It was just an advert on gumtree, he's selling all sorts of autographed things claiming to be "authentic". https://www.gumtree.com/sellerads/1240600656?page=1
