Here's a set for $50,000 with Donald Frangipani authentication. Frangipani LOAs and COAs are not allowed on eBay.

Heres the sellers response...I am moving on. I can only imagine receiving a 7k photocopy. 

Hi. My friend is 100% authentic... Obtained by TRACKS UK with Coa... Leader in Beatles autographs... It s an autograph album page beautiful signed by all beatles... The beatles signed in this way at the beginning of 1963... I not offer return because is authentic!

Hmmm...it says 30 day returns on the listing.

Ask him to take a picture of it at an angle and one of the reverse.

I just noticed that the seller is in Italy. Perhaps ask Tracks if it can be shipped to them to confirm and then shipped to you. That would be well worth $100-$200 + post.

I would not deal with this seller.  I was watching an item he had on eBay last year that didn't meet the reserve. I made him a private offer and he accepted. Then a day later he raised the price on me! Plus wanted a super high price to ship.  Stay far away.
