Hi everyone.

I’m a new member and this is my first post. I have been looking for a Pearl Jam band signed item for a while now. Either a poster, album, or photo. Something that can be framed. I am apprehensive about Ebay but I know there are some legitimate honest sellers. So that’s why my first post is here. Has anyone heard of or dealt with K9graphs from New York? I’m looking at this album he has for sale. I emailed him a couple times and he answered my questions very quickly. Any info you can share would be much appreciated. His price seems a little high but 100% authenticity is the most important thing rather than a cheap price. I am a Pearl Jam fan not a collector so I’m looking for one nice signed item I can be 100% confident in. Thanks again for your help.

John

Here’s the item I’m looking at:

Looks like you already got your answer, but I would go so far as to say there is not another collector on the planet that I would bet everything on a Pearl Jam autograph from. K9 is family and he collects PJ like I collect Harrison Fords.

You absolutely want to contact him directly, a sale on ebay puts money in ebay's pocket, that is cash I am sure he would rather share with you doing a private deal.

Thanks the reply. I feel very reassured that I spoke with everyone here.

Hi John D,

Welcome to Autograph Live! I just wanted to tell you that the members who said K9 is trustworthy are members who's opinions I have a lot of confidence in. If they said he got it in person, I'm confident you can believe him.

Just as important as an autograph being authentic is that it LOOKS authentic. And an autograph should look good for the signer, too, for it to bring market money. A lousy scribble is rarely worth anywhere near as much as a nice signature.

I'm not as good as others here on Pearl Jam, but the eBay listing you linked to looks like PJ autographs to me...and nice examples. A seller's reputation in the autograph community can be worth a premium that could carry forward when you sell what you bought someday. I wouldn't pay more than 10-15% over other trusted autographs, tho.

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply. I’m in the process of speaking to him about an album. Not the one listed but one he wasn’t originally intending to sell. He’s still debating a price so hopefully we can work out a deal. I’ll let everyone know how it hoes. Thanks again

I have never purchased from this seller, but I am considering purchasing an item from them.  I typically purchase from Skyline Signatures.  Eric F is very reputable.  What is this seller’s return policy if an item does not pass a reputable TPA?
