Authentic!

Alfred F. Chapman was a delegate from West Virginia to all seven Democratic National Conventions from 1940-1964. "Chappie" organized the 1960 Kennedy for President campaign in West Virginia. After trailing Humphrey by 20% before Kennedy began campaigning there, West Virginia handed JFK a stunning victory that he credited with securing the Democratic nomination for President. Facing anti-Catholic bigotry, he swept a state in which Catholics comprised barely 5% of the population, JFK proved that a Catholic candidate could win votes.

Awesome! Thanks for the back story too. What would you value this at with PSA/DNA Authentication?

Because of whom it's written to, value is about $3000 with or without PSA/DNA.

Yes, agree with Herman, authentic.

Thanks Andreas! Any idea of value with PSA/DNA?
