Has  RACC  always been A closed group?

I looked them up but when you sign in .No Access.

How do you join . I hear them mentioned a lot.  Is there a trick or something.

I must admit I am not 100% Sicilian ,But I don't think that is the issue.

What am I Missing?

Thanks Steve for listening and giving me the opportunity to air my grievances.

If people were as professional and courteous as yourself and the AML site there wouldn't have been a need for this in the first place.

This has always been a well run, fair and transparent platform it's a shame that not all are.

Thanks again

Sorry I wasn't more clear.  I meant to post here where this link brings you to RACC and once you do tag Josh Clark.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/realautographcollectorsclub/

Good catch!

My experience with RACC facebook is this.

I only found RACC a couple weeks ago and on the first day I found an item I wanted to buy. Then I posted that Elton John signed photo here to get inputs. It was given the thumbs up from reliable members and then I went ahead and bought the item from RACC.

It was a great price and smooth transaction. It will be better when it arrives though hahaha

I don't know what happened 4 yrs ago, nor do I care. If they were that bad, then Steve wouldn't be giving them a fair shake IMO.

Glad you gave RACC a try. It is a Facebook group full of many different individuals (8000 plus). The moderators (I'm one) care about collectors (I'm one) and do all they can to police any autographs for sale.

I too am a happy member of RACC, and have had nothing but good experiences and good conversation. The members I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and quite trustworthy, and although I get the collector vs. dealer ying/yang that exists in our hobby, I also love seeing what a lot lf these guys come up with!

I agree with Jason. I'm a new member of RACC and I'm enjoying it very much!

Simply love seeing other peoples nice autographs and maybe once a while buying or selling something, and this place and RACC gives me lots of opportunity to do just that!

Thanks guys,Ive had nothing but the same. People need to keep in mind its a Facebook group! I cant speak to the autographs that failed.

This site is much the same but remember anyone can print anything. Experienced or not.

To authenticate you need someone to have knowledge in signatures, handwriting, pressures etc before the can authenticate. Not someone who’s met the artist once and believe their an expert.

Many artists signatures change over the years. Signing photos, paper etc can change. Pens used can make a difference.

When and where, how, it was signed should all come into consideration.
