wonder if it was a deliberate ploy of the auction house to put such a low estimate on it?

If you don’t mind me asking. What is “a h”? I assumed an auction house but doesn’t match those I’m familiar with. What FB page is “RACC”? Couldn’t find it searching FB with those initials.

"ah" is certainly auction house.
