That doesn't look right to me. Others will know much more.

Formations ("Elvis Pre" - rather strange "E", the "l" height, the "vis", that "P", the "e'" etc.) the legibility, and the handwriting of the salutation (too neat with a perhaps unusual "W") seem odd.

I agree. He has another on there. But as I was looking at it I thought I'd seen this before somewhere and tho and behold by anothwr seller both claiming if was obtained by a relative. It's a jungle out there!!!!
