Bought this at a garage sale. The woman says she got it at a charity event in person. I didn't pay much for it, but I figure she wouldn't have paid to have it framed if it was a fake. What is your opinion? Will be selling if it's the real deal.

IMO I wouldn't use the framing as a yardstick for authenticity. Seen plenty of nicely framed fakes.
On the other hand, it does seem like an odd choice to fake a signature with an inscription to a charity on a poster for a made-for-tv movie.
That was my thought. And since I paid $5 for it from a person with a multi million dollar home, I doubt she cared what it's potential value was.
Good get! I've given up on getting him for my Batman collection unless I stumble on one like you did. He's a good actor but he has a real nasty personality.
