Bruce Lee Authentic?

Hey guys, 

Wanted some opinions about your thoughts on authenticity of this one. Supposed to come out of an autograph book and comes with a COA from a mom and pop type place. Looks good compared to known examples that were certified authentic.

I don't like it, looks like an drawn signature, imo no good

when I blew it up i think it was traced, lines aren't smooth flowing. May have been drawn slowly over an original example.

NG. Never seen an authentic Lee anywhere near as rigid and slow as this.
