Beatles signed promo card. COA from a Frank P. Garo who I am not familiar with. Autographs look ok but a bit of fading on a couple of them.

Yes. Maybe not an authenticator for them, but they'd sell autographs authenticated by him from time to time.

A pretty interesting read. Does anyone think the signatures on the promo card are forgeries?
At first glance ,they look good,may Frank Garo finally figured out how to authenticate.lol
This card came out in March 1963....Garo does not have sterling reputation!!!
I think the signatures are probably fine but the faded appearance might legitimately arouse suspicion if the vendor already has question marks against him.
I’d play safe and stay away, if only on the basis that those cards aren’t really that rare signed and most are better in appearance.
