Beatles Signed Promo Card

Here is an interesting promo card signed on the front. Signatures are faded but look OK to me. Anyone else have an opinion?

They don't look OK to me. Maybe from Mal or Neal - (see the J in John). Not genuine.

Yes I can see it now most likely Neil as they are too good for Mal's signatures.

Look to be early Neil Aspinall...this promo card came out in September 1963....
