Thank you so much for your time and help Kamran, it is very much appreciated.

Thanks, Kamran. I guess any authentic Madonna signatures are a welcome sight, but her signature sure has gotten sloppy! Appreciate you sharing with us.

No problems.....her sloppy signature became more common place round about the time of her declining cds sales.....may have something to do with it.....hahahahah

Hahaha so how did her books do?

the books did ok.....they were for the kids market...but there was heavy promotion and she did various PA'S all over the place....and loads were signed....there was the deluxe 4 book box set with a letter signed by Madonna!!! these were in the amazon clearout section  $30 !!!!!

Hahaha that well huh? $30.00, they are going $300 to the top end of $500. I was offered a sealed box set for $400 that came with the letter. I wasn't overly impressed with the abbreviated signature. I still can't believe only $30.00 though......

Some months back on eBay, one of those box sets with the Madonna-signed letter actually sold for nearly $700.  The letter had been authenticated by PSA/DNA...which really wasn’t even necessary for those letters...unless one wanted the peace-of-mind to know that he/she wasn’t receiving a photo-copied letter.  For that much, one could find a signed book which, in my opinion, is nicer than a signed letter...although any Madonna autograph is nice to have.

Hi James, this is being offered in Australia https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MADONNA-Hand-Signed-Limited-Edtion-199-...

So once you do the currency conversion it would work out a lot cheaper in US monies

I’ve been on the cusp of buying a set a couple of times, but then I held off.  I’d actually like to get a set eventually.  But I’m going to hold off for now.  I’ve got a signed copy of The English Roses and a signed magazine with Madonna on the cover from her American Life signing in NYC in 2003.  I sure wish I had Kamran’s collection though!  Lol.

Kamran, in regards to Madonna’s first children’s book, The English Roses, I know she did a signing at Barnes & Noble in New York in 2003.  It’s my understanding that she only signed about 200-250 of those books...inside the book itself.  Is that true?  And did she do more than one signing for that particular book?
