Hi guys,

Just picked up this vinyl signed by Eric in Australia whilst touring about 10 years ago. Do you think getting it certed would add value or should I leave it as is?

Nice looking item. If you're selling it on eBay, for example, having one of their "authorized" TPAs certificate does add value. Personally, I wouldn't do it just for that reason alone. I believe a good autograph will be recognized by serious collectors. Some even do not want those stickers on their valuables.

I couldn't agree more, if I were to get it certed I'd request the sticker to be placed on the back of the album.

Its an authentic signature in my opinion, happy for feedback on it if anyone disagrees. It's  just not the cleanest Clapton example out there. I thought perhaps getting it certed would make up for that

get the sticker on the back but its a fine sig.

if u plan on selling it privately it will add value if u do from a major auction house no need to pay the 100$ or more that they want

Good shout. Thanks for that.
