Mantle-DiMaggio signed photo

This is part of a collection that has been made available to us to raise money for our non-profit. We have found some of the items to be really good, and others not so much. What are your thoughts on this one?

I am not comfortable with this. Looks like Mantle signed while on a roller coaster.

Quite honestly, I didn't have a problem with the Mantle, but the Mickey screamed forgery for some reason.
