Need some help from the Autograph Live gang

Hi, Folks,

 

I am in the process of purifying my autograph collection and I need your help. For the most part, I only collect NHL/hockey autographs, along with some from other sports. In the past 10 years, I have bought some music and entertainment autographs, and, as I have been cleansing my collection of any dubious autographs, I have isolated the following autographed nine 8x10's that I cannot decide, myself if they are authentic or not. They were all bought online, mostly on eBay.

 

The Mantle/Mays signed 8x10 is actually printed on regular paper (the image, not the autographs). The story I was told about 6 years ago was that the fellow knew he could meet Mantle, so he printed off, on paper, the image of Mantel, Mays, and Snider and had Mantle sign it. He was able to meet Mays and have him sign it, as well, but never had the chance to meet Snider to complete the piece. That's the story behind that one.

I can't speak for the rest of them,  but the Cruise and Spielberg don't look good to me.

I can guarantee you that the Mantle and Mays are bad.  Not even close.

These I think are bad for sure: Mantle & Mays, both Arnolds, Cruise and Speilberg, Daniel Radcliffe. But almost everything you posted looks suspicious to me. Hopefully more people will pipe in soon.

I think the Radcliffe looks forced.  I think the forger might have been trying to copy his on card (Company issued) signatures to much.   Radcliffe's signature in person differs from his card issued signatures.     I would have to say that the photo is bogus.
