I bought a Garo "Garland" Forgery and need assistance with return

So it has come to my attention through the help in this forum that I purchased fake  "Wizard Of Oz" signed piece on EBAY with signatures of Judy Garland, Ray Bolger, Bert Lahr, Jack Haley and Frank Morgan. (SEE BELOW PHOTOS, scroll to item).  Was purchased 2 days ago using Credit Card.  It has a Frank Garo Certificate Of Authenticity (Which is now under scrutiny).  Looking for any help in how to go about stopping this purchase and getting $$ back.  Should I put in claim with credit card now?  What should I tell them?  Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The autographs are not genuine. Stand on that. Having a COA doesn't make them real. Frank Garo is not an eBay approved authenticator. Stand on the truth.

It IS fake, not a belief. I have handled many Garlands and this one is clearly wrong. Look again at the exemplars I posted. Just look how the "d" in "Judy" is made. Where did that pointy "J" come from? All of it - bad. Her name is among Lugosi, Leigh and Lee - heavily forged from demand.

First I'd like to thank everyone who has responded to this post. You all have been so informative and helpful that I never would have now where to start with this process... I've started by messaging the seller with the following, which I believe he has 3 days to respond. If I hear nothing, I will file with Ebay...

Rich,
It has come to my attention after qualified people have looked at the Oz signature piece I purchased for $1,250, that the Judy Garland signature is a forgery. I've also been informed that there are many forged signatures that Frank Garo had issued LOA 's for. For this I am requesting from you a refund on the item based on "Significantly Not as Described" as I am also covered under ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
Thanks,
Jim

For my part, I am always happy to help :)

I am confident you will get your money back. The seller may be disappointed but should do the right thing. Even if he/she disagrees. As I said previously, the advantage is always on the buyers side. Especially since you are taking quick action.
