I'm selling stuff left and right. Non of his high selling stuff sold so that's not true. Nirvana eagles u2 police all stiffed

I'm glad to hear that Marc. That's not happening across the board. I've been selling for awhile and last year's sales were down 40% overall. It takes longer to find a buyer(or be found depending how you look at it).

Could be an anomaly and this year will return to previously levels although I'm not holding my breath.

The problem with r r and John's stuff is there running to many of the same artists in the auction.  U get killed with 7 u2s u should only have 1 or 2 of each artist. It's over kill. And remember they have been selling his stuff for about a year and its basically the same stuff so people are picky and it's the same buyers

The Eagles stuff was not that nice!

Yes I agree Danny. The Hotel California was signed on the inside gatefold with dedications To John and he had added JD Souther on it as well.  JD is great musician, songwriter, associate, but never an Eagle.

I dont want to own any dedication items,

$100 and similar numbers with no mention of how many bids or stating sold next to them were opening bids. Reserve was higher than the opening bid on many if not most lots.

If it doesn't say sold it didn't sell.

I watch the bid ups then watch it get passed .most lots didn't even open.

Reserves are close to estimates

I think the bigger problem was that it fell under the radar - I wouldn't have known about it if not for this post.

I'm sick of seeing his stuff, a lot of his stuff is for entry level beginners nothing over exciting, although they talk it up.

Jb's items are the work of a team of graphers in which auctions aren't transparent about.
