Jersey, full-size helmet, or football, which is better to have signed?

The title says it all.  If you’re collecting football autographs (American), which is better to have signed?

Generally, jerseys are preferred to footballs.  Authentic helmets are gaining popularity and I would say are the most desireable of the three.  Just my opinion.
