Second one is authentic. Not sure about the first one given the two styles of handwriting. The inscription "Sincerely yours" is most likely not Muddy's handwriting.

I think real all two... The first is similar of my muddy autograph... It's hard to find autographs of Muddy signed in 1950 period...

Tacoma can you help me to find 1950 signatures of Muddy Waters? Are mega rare... I have one... 1958...
