They are...they looked intriguing to me at first glance, but I'm not an expert.  They are definitely handsigned...just don't know if those hands were John, Paul, George, and Ringo!

I haven't seen anything signed in 67 for quite sometime. Give these a miss though.

Usually you wouldnt find the 67 graphs in perfect condition and if they are you'll pay for them. Goodness mine are horrific.
