Found the attached at a UK Yard Sale , the seller could not verify the signature (Trader)

The Frame is damaged as this has been screwed to a wall in the past and the internal size under mount of the phot is 10 x 12 Inch so large .

Your Thoughts , Gold Find or Dustbin Fake .
