As a matter of fact, here's one that was just listed on eBay. The cert # is B87916, and of course there's no image in the database. This is from eBayer ccloan (Capital City Loan & Jewelry).

I’ve seen a double as well. One was a fake with a COA, and the other was the real one with an LOA.

If you enter the number into the search does the picture come up? Since it has the LOA?

No, it only works when there’s no image for whatever reason.
