I agree with Tim. Not authentic. For one thing, this looks to be post-1980s, and by 1990, Prince was no longer signing autographs.
Also, keep in mind, real Prince autographs easily go for $3000+. And often to $4k and $5k. Just look at RR Auction results.

100% FAKE. I have yet to see an authentic signed photo or album signed after the early 90's.
This is just... terrible. Not even close!
No chance.
