Ronald Reagan handwritten note and autograph

I came across this nice Ronald Reagan note and signature and IMO appears possibly authentic. It doesn't match any autopens I have seen nor does it match any secretarial characteristics but may have been printed? If anyone could offer any opinions Id be very grateful!

Unless it’s a pre-print for a mass-mailing, this appears authentic.

I've been searching the internet for any preprints or duplicates and have yet to find one, thanks for your input, James!

That's Reagan's handwriting and signature, but it's a Deukmejian for Governor of California campaign mailer.
