Signed Concert Program U.K. 64

I’m very excited about my latest acquisition. A group signed 1964 UK concert program. Acquired from Perry Cox from his personal collection. An item that he has described as “truly the most aesthetically appealing Beatles signed item Ive seen“. I’m thrilled to be adding it to my collection. Will post a photo after I get it framed soon.

How do you frame it in a way that ensures that light will not degrade the ink?

I would not. Frame a color high res color copy and keep the goodies in a safe place out of light. I would think semi-gloss paper would yield good results - try and get a good exposure.

Eric is correct. Plus, if anyone decides in the middle of the night that the framed item would look better on their wall, let them have it. You'll be out the frame plus a $2 photo. Anything that valuable should go into the safe in the bank, literally.

The point is keeping it nice.

I've seen many fading autographs on the junk heap (eBay) after they faded badly. The owner/displayer damaged a once-nice item that is now being sold as scrap, like a wrecked car.
