Can I ask whats wrong with it, to ne it looks very similar to ither MJ autographs on the Web

Its a Peter pan book

You have the chance to avoid wasting time AND money... I'm off to bed. Good luck. :)

Other real ones? Or other fake ones said to be real?

The web is loaded with false information. Ebay is full of fake signatures for sale. Big time authenticators have and continue to make mistakes.

Thats where the studying comes in.

Knowledge is out there, but you have do the work for yourself. It doesnt get any easier than that - the choice to learn and study - OR NOT - is yours.

Again, this site is a great resource, but I cant do the heavy lifting for you. Your money, your risk/reward.

The advice stands. JSD out!

Hi, I appreciate the advice, but I'm just interested why it is not authentic and how you can tell?? Michael may have done it slightly different on this day

Why is the sky not green?

Good luck, dude.

How long have you been studying his autograph - are you familiar with each year and style? How many exemplars are in your file for each?  I am not, but the others are - but even to me, this obviously is disqualified on a number of counts, poor sources and coa and absurd price aside...

Im assuming he means Ebay would not have accepted it?

Dead wrong. The vast majority of MJ sigs on Ebay are fakes. But again, this is all very apparent to anyone who has spent any time on this site and/or the hobby in general.

Of course the seller is going to deny he sold you a fake!

I’ll say this one last time - file a claim with Paypal “item not as described” and then do some homework before spending any more money.

No, she bought it at auction!!

No, she bought it at auction!

What auction house? When? Who authenticated it?

These are the questions you should be asking the seller. Actually, these are questions you should have asked before parting with your money.

No way she bought this UNDER 400 already authenticated. Or if she did, there should be some public record of said auction, no?

So why is she selling it on Ebay at a loss to you? Another question you might want to ask.

I realize you want to believe its real. Its a story as old as the days are long and one we have seen a million times on this site. Im sorry, but nothing about this signature gives me any hope at all that it could be real. Its really bad, IMO.
